So what’s going on here, exactly?
1) I used Typeform. Arguably 10x better than Google Forms. It’s so easy, so beautiful, so versatile, embeds into web and email, annnd spits out a custom QR code at the end. It does cost a bit, but experiment on the free version and see if it might be worth it for you.
2) I used the “Logic” feature to create a “choose your own adventure” style form. It looks like this on the backend.
The newbies and the regulars get asked different questions. Try the form again and choose a different path to see for yourself.
3) I used the “Connect” feature to add all responses to this Google Sheet automatically. Take a look!
